The details are thin, but Kenfair's shares have been suspended pending an acquisition announcement. This is the Hong Kong stock exchange official notice:
At the request of Kenfair International (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”), trading in the
shares of the Company will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. on 25 September 2007
pending the release of an announcement in relation to a very substantial acquisition which is
price sensitive in nature.
By Order of the Board
Kenfair International (Holdings) Limited
Ip Ki Cheung
Chairman
Needless to say, we wait with bated breath. However, as tomorrow is a public holiday in Hong Kong (Mid-Autumn Festival), we'll have to hold it quite a while.

Alright, Paul, one cold beer in BJ. I bet on the buy won't be a direct one from Mr. Ma. My theory: The time line just doesn't make sense. - Eddie.
Not betting against you on that Eddie. It's also not clear from the wording of the Kenfair announcement whether they're doing the acquiring or being acquired.
