News this week: Messe Düsseldorf concluded
its co-located exhibitions earlier this month with record-breaking numbers in terms of
both exhibitors and visitors.
The biennial events, INDOPLAS, INDOPACK
(incorporating INDOPROCESS) and INDOPRINT, were held from 3rd to 6th September, at Jakarta
International Expo
(JIExpo).
The four-day events
covered 13,000 m2 of exhibition space and attracted 362 companies
from 19 countries – that is a 30% increase compared with the
previous edition in 2012. More than 22,000 trade buyers visited the events, representing
a 20% rise versus the previous
edition.
The three
concurrent events featured a wide range of technologies and innovations including
energy-efficient machinery, the latest equipment and applications, new product solutions and services covering the plastics, packaging, processing and
printing sectors.
