BOL’s revenues up 29% in Q2

News this week: Business Online (BOL), a Bangkok-based business information provider, has announced its financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2011. Revenues for the quarter were US$3.1 million, an increase of 29% over the same period last year. Net income for the period was US$774,000, a 14% growth from last year.

The company’s online information service generated 47.5% of total revenues amounting to US$1.48 million, a 12% drop compared with last year. Revenues from other services jumped 136% to US$1.47 million and accounted for 47.4% of total revenues.

BOL also reported its results for the six months ended 30th June. Revenues were US$5.9 million – an increase of 27% over the first half of last year. Net income in the first half was US$1.1 million, representing a growth of 14% over last year. Diluted earnings in the first half were Baht 0.04 per share.
