B2B e-commerce in China grows by 23% in 2010

News this week: Earlier this week, the Hangzhou-based China E-commerce Research Center released its “2010 Annual Survey Report on Chinese Industry-based E-commerce Websites.”

According to the report, the value of transactions conducted over China’s B2B e-commerce websites in 2010 was US$582 billion and the majority of this turnover was generated by the medium and small enterprises. The report also forecasts 2011 and 2012 market value to be approximately US$735 billion and US$919 billion respectively.
