China Knowledge reports on another deal among the increasingly ambitious Chinese b2b dotcoms as HC International Sells 42.5% of its Zhongsou.com subsidiary. The $4.74 million sale to financial investors seems rather more rationally priced than the Alibaba.com sale to Yahoo and baidu.com listing but we shall be keeping an eye on this interesting company.
