News this week:UBM Asia (Thailand) has been hired for the second time as a special consultant to the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) which will organise the BOI Fair 2011. The coming third edition of the event will be held at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center from the 10th to 25th
November. The last time UBM Asia partnered with BOI on this event was in 2000. That edition recorded the attendance of 4.5 million visitors.
UBM Asia’s will provide a dedicated team supporting the BOI Fair Co-ordination Office as well as a further back-up team supporting logistic and operational activities.
BOI has stated that both outdoor and indoor areas at IMPACT will be utilised. Technology and production machinery will occupy an outdoor area of 166,000 m2 and around 71,000 m2 indoor covering a wide range of products including: agriculture, food & beverage, fashion and jewellery.
