News this week: Hong Kong-based exhibition organiser, Kenfair, plans to launch the Asia Expo-Singapore at the Marina Bay Sands’ exhibition centre from 23rd to 25th November 2011.
Kenfair’s event will feature goods from a wide variety of categories including houseware & giftware, toys & baby products, consumer electronics, sporting & outdoor goods, foodstuffs, garments & fabrics, footwear and auto accessories. Kenfair reports exhibitors from Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, India, Indonesia and the Philippines will participate in the event.
In November last year, Global Sources held a similar exhibition, the China Sourcing Fairs in Singapore. Global Sources’ event was held from 22nd to 24th November at the Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre. It featured approximately 580 booths covering gifts and premiums, home products, garments and textiles, hardware and building materials, auto parts and accessories, and food and beverage products. The Global Sources’ exhibition in Singapore does not appear in its 2011 calendar.
