HKCEC’s annual event portfolio tops 1,200

News this week: The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) will host five new exhibitions and 30 major conferences during 2012. In addition to the 100 annual recurring exhibitions and more than 1,000 corporate functions, banquets and entertainment events, HKCEC will have an annual event portfolio of over 1,200.

The new exhibitions, organised by three Hong Kong-based organisers and two from overseas, cover a variety of themes including LOHAS living, Indian property, antiques, frozen, and diving & resort travel. The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Ltd (HML) expects the 30 major conferences during the year to bring over 30,000 delegates to HKCEC. Fifteen of the conferences are international and six are new additions.
