Skies the limit in Macau

I was in Macau yesterday to meet old friend Wolfram Diener who has recently moved from running the biggest exhibition centre in Shanghai to taking on the challenge of launching the convention and exhibition business at the new Venetian project there.

No coincidence that New Zealand's greatest exhibitionist, AJ Hackett has also just launched his "Sky Jump" attraction at the Macau Toweras the blogmacau.info BLOG reports. The place is hopping and, as the report says:

"Macau is 'just starting out,' says AJ Hackett, predicting that Macau Tower could become Hackett International's best performing location."

The scale of the Las Vegas Sands Group's ambitions in Macau are stunning and will, one way or another, transform the events business in Asia once the Venetian opens in 2007.
